When bollywood superstar Salman Khan decides to have some fun, he knows how to get the whole world rocking with him! For those who’ve experienced Salman Khan’s antics in the previous seasons of Dance India Dance and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, there’s even more dhamaal and masti coming with Salman’s latest visit on the sets of DID L’il Masters!
The superstar had the cast and crew holding on to their breath with all the screaming and cheering as he made a grand entry, dancing atop a hydraulic press. With best buddy Farah Khan around, Salman’s wild and wacky streak simply hit the roof! Having draped the show’s coveted “golden super wings” around his neck like Superman, Salman sent the audience into guffaws and giggles as he rode a tricycle all over the stage.
Given Salman’s child-like, carefree spirit, the actor was happy to be introduced to the audience as the “17th kid on the show”. What kicked Salman the most were the power-packed dance acts presented by the talented kids who cutely tried aping his signature steps. Not about to let the roaring studio audience down, Salman dazzled the crowd with his trademark “towel dance” and ‘poongi bajana..’.
With the superstar going up on stage multiple times and matching the kids step for step, the kids hanging from Salman’s biceps, cheekily asking him questions about his latest girlfriend, the sheer chemistry and camaraderie between the 3 judges – Salman, Farah and Sandip Soparrkar, this episode of DID L’il masters will be a memorable one for all Salman Khan fans and dance enthusiasts across the country!
Don’t miss this action-packed episode of DID Li’l Masters at 7:30 PM on Saturday, 29th May on Zee TV.

Zee TV has added its own twist to the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ craze with international auditions for its seminal show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.
Known to have created history as one of the longest running musical competitions on television, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is back with a bang this year! Called ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Singing Superstars’, the show sets to prove that talent has no boundaries.
Live auditions are taking place across India and an added uniqueness to the show is the participation from across the globe. Zee once again takes on its responsibility of promoting Indian culture worldwide acting as a springboard for showcasing young new talent.
Zee Europe has already seen an overwhelming response to the UK and Europe auditions, with people keen to share their singing skills and seize the opportunity to make their dreams a bright reality. Those lucky enough to be selected will be flown to India to participate in the various stages of the show with professional guidance and mentoring that will be invaluable.
With overwhelming success of over 18 years under its belt, the spirit of the show is younger than ever before. With young geniuses like Sajid- Wajid, Vishal-Shekhar and Daler Mehendi for judges, the show bears the promise of a fine blend of its own glorious heritage with the dynamic vibrancy of today’s times. A fresh look, a hip and happening set and an instantly catchy brand-new title track will lend a very contemporary feel to the show and motivate the youth to deliver one breath-taking performance after another.
The quest at Sa Re Ga Ma Pa this year is to hunt out India’s ‘Singing Superstar’ – not just a good voice, not a playback singer but a youthful voice that can rock the world!
Thank you to all of you who have sent us your audition tapes. All that remains now is for us to wish you the very best of luck. Look out for the new series of ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Singing Superstars’set to hit your screens in July 2010.

Amitabh Bachchan is an avid blogger - check out his latest blog about his experience of shooting for ZEE CINEMA’S special ‘Friday Night With Big B’ features and how it took him down memory lane:
Location: Prateeksha, Mumbai
Date: May 6, 2010, 11:40pm
” Eating ‘chiki’ late in the night after a healthy meal and a healthy debate on TV can be one of the most debilitating acts of the century. And I just submitted myself to it. Eating unconditionally, or out of some inner fear, frustration or inactivity is such a curse. You eat not because you are hungry but because it is there.
Zee Cinema claims to have the largest library of my films, is bringing back ‘ Shaniwar ki Raat, Amitabh ke saath. And in doing so wishes that I speak a little before each film is broadcast, as an introduction to the making composition and execution of the project. So from 11 am onwards till it became physically impossible for me to continue, I have done the deed - almost 20 films. Some of the most difficult tasks 35-40 years after the project is over is, to be able to remember what transpired where and how. Its like a prolonged interview that lasts non stop for 8-11 hours. But …
Nostalgia has its own little matters and going down this memory lane, a most pleasant journey. We tend to forget what we may have done when it was supposed to have been done.
But nothing changed. As time went by and as the anchor kept narrating moments through his own design, I was pretty tongue tied at the vast amount of knowledge and work that had transpired during these 41 years. Films, stories, locations, incidents, approaches, beginnings and the eventual end after this grueling start. I think it was most enjoyable. Talking about people and colleagues. Incidents little and small that occurred, and how beautifully we remembered them. I cannot remember what I had for dinner last night, but remember how many takes it took me to perform a particular scene, and of that, which take, was the one that should have gone for printing. Why and how does this happen, I haven’t the foggiest.”
Watch Big B at your screens every Friday night at 8pm on ZEE CINEMA - livening up your Friday nights!
