Rakhi is a story that looks at the complex cenario ithin which a brother sister relationship goes through.

Rajnandani who is lovingly called “Nandini”, is the beloved sister of Balraj-who is called “Bhairaja”. Bhairaja heaps affection on his younger sister Nandini. Their mother dies very early and the father deserts the siblings. Bhairaja has raised Nandini and Amber since childhood. Amber – the middle brother suffers from Middle Sibling syndrome. Nandini tries her level best to win the heart of her brother Amber, but somehow the result is always inverse.

Nandini takes care of the house while Bhairaja owns mills and factories all under the name RajnandaniToys, Rajnandani Exports, etc.

Bhairaja has made a promise to himself – Until Nandini is not settled Bhairaja will neither get married nor think about his personal needs. Only after Nandini has acquired all the happiness in the world will he think of himself.

The story of Vidya, an illiterate girl who has a fairy tale wedding . It is the journey of Vidya to fight her destiny.. to make her life and win the love of her in laws. How the story begins The meek, submissive, illiterate Vidya finds herself totally helpless when she enters the rich Thakur household which is completely a new world to her. To add to it encounters hostility from her three sister-in-laws, chiefly Naina along with her husband Aniket. No one seems to want her there and the one who wants her there, which is Gayatri (Aditya’s mother) is too weak to stand up for her. Saath Saath is the story where East meets West. Lajwanti, a village girl from Punjab and Leeza, a foreigner get married in the Singh family after a turmoil of emotions, sacrifices and drama. Ranbir Singh in order to keep his words given to his friend announces that he will get his foreign returned son Abhay married to Lajwanti, his friend”s daughter.
