Zee TV Celebrates Indian TV Excellence with the Gold Awards 2011

Zee TV presents the The Annual Global Television Academy Awards this Saturday at 9:30pm.

The much awaited Gold Awards 2011, the first and only Indian Television Awards to Globe trot in Mauritius and Dubai previously, took place in Mumbai this time. The awards recognize excellence in Indian Television on a global level, celebrating the aspects that make Indian TV shows so enjoyable. Recognizing outstanding achievements in Television Software Production as well as both popular and technical branches, the show is definitely not one to miss.

Four wonderful anchors will have the audience in splits of laughter with their great wit and sense of humour. Also watch out for a patriotic opening with Zee TV's very own Jhansi Ki Rani, Kratika Sengar and then enjoy vamp acts by the Indian TV's female villains as they show the boys who are the actual taporis and gundas of television.
