Virad Kaul, former CEO of Zee Turner, takes the helm at Zee Network, Europe

London, 21 November 2011: Virad Kaul has joined Zee Network as Territory Head, overseeing Zee's television business in the UK and Europe.
Virad was earlier the CEO of Zee Turner Ltd, the joint venture company between the two media conglomerates – ZEE (Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited) and Turner International.
Virad joins Zee with an impressive track-record of over 25 years of experience in high-profile, strategic roles spanning telecoms and FMCGs in leading organisations such as Idea Cellular, Gillette and Godfrey Phillips.
Virad has the drive, experience and vision to lead the strategically significant UK and Europe territory for Zee's international business. The company has aggressive growth plans for expanding its subscription and advertising revenues. As the new territory head, Virad's experience and strategic leadership will be instrumental to the successful implementation of those plans.
